Received broken product. Refused their email address
Ive just spent 45 minutes attempting to Aquire Fruugo Australias email address therefore I cannot send photos of the broken product I just received in the mail.
I have gone around in circles repeatedly explaining the basic issue to an online chatbot. Repeatedly being transferred to a payment page requesting my card details then confirm and pay.
This is criminal service!

I place my order, but never received
I placed my order and the estimated delivery was 5 days. Now, after 10 days, I have not received anything and no phone contacts are available.
I did send an enquiry, but did not receive a follow-up. It's so frustrating.
I will contact consumer protection because the website doesn't comply with Australian law. I will never buy again from Fruugo because it's a scam website.

SCAM: No item delivered, no refund.
My item was never delivered. It is very difficult to raise a complaint with the company, and once they did reply, the promised refund was never sent.
I am very much out of pocket. Highly dodgy company - best avoid.

I purchased a pair of men's Nike shoes online using Fruugo. I received several emails updating me about the order after ordering them.
I made the order on the 21st of August 2025; they were meant to be here by the 28th of August, but to date, I haven't received anything. Your company took my payment using my debit card. I have been checking emails regularly, but there hasn't been an update since the 22nd of August 2025. On that occasion, I received an email from your company stating my parcel was ready for collection at the Post Office, but there isn't any parcel there.
I am very annoyed with your company and the DPD courier service in Poland.
I'd like either a full refund or dispatch another pair of shoes to my residential address. Kind regards, Matthew Ryan.

I received an email to say my order would be delivered today, and then another to say it had been delivered at 12.36pm. I didn't receive the parcel and would like to know where it is.
I placed the order on October 25th. the order no. is 19454****.
Please would someone tell me what's going on. It for a Christmas gift and I am wondering if I will ever receive it.

I ordered a gift set of light saber light-up chopsticks. I was sent a chopstick in a clear plastic bag.
There was no gift set or packaging as advertised, even though I had paid for it. No one responds when an issue is raised. They steal your money.
Don't buy from Fruggo. 0 stars.
